Data Controller & Contact

This website is managed by M. Revi Ramadhan as an individual (not a legal entity). All requests regarding your data can be sent to email revy8k@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Data We Process

When you create an account: name, email, and profile data (avatar, bio, website, date of birth) that you voluntarily fill in.

When you fill in the contact form: name, email, message, and budget (optional).

Technical data: login session cookies and basic security logs.

Purpose & Legal Basis

The data we process is used to: manage your account access, reply to messages you send, keep the site secure, and display a public profile if you fill it in. The legal basis is your consent when submitting data and our legitimate interest to keep the service running.

Retention

Account profile data is kept until you delete your account. Contact messages are kept until the inquiry is resolved. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Third Parties

This site runs on third-party infrastructure: Supabase (database storage), Vercel (hosting), and identity providers used for sign-in (Google OAuth). We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Cookies

We use session cookies (login) and language preference (NEXT_LOCALE). There is no advertising or tracking. If an analytics service is added later, your consent will be requested first.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and portability of your personal data. Simply send an email to revy8k@gmail.com with a description of your request.

Account Deletion

You can delete your own account via the account settings page (Profile → Delete Account). If that is not possible or your account is difficult to access, please email us and we will assist with the deletion.

Security

We apply reasonable technical measures: hashed passwords, secure sessions, and limited access to data. If a data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you via your account email.
